Personal Information
Name: Dave Milan
Height: 5'7"/170.18 cm
Weight: 156 lbs./70.3 kg
Date of Birth: 04/04/1986
Hometown: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Alignment: Face
Wrestling Style: Techincal
Match Strategy (optional): Milan's wrestling style is based around the Iron Knuckle division of Underground Pro, though he is no longer in the division. Milan is obviously a very small wrestler and is not a very strong man at all, so he uses everything to his advantage. He'll find an opponents weakness and exploit it early before going to work on their head, setting them up for his devastating Omerta. To quote Jack Vengeance in regard about Milan, "While not the most physically intimidating member of the roster, Dave Milan makes up for that with his strategy in the ring. Milan is rarely careless with his selection of moves and is even more careful with his timing. Milan has wrestled every manner of UGP opponent during his UGP career and his travels abroad as a diplomat for the Iron Knuckle division have only helped to strengthen his technique." His wrestling style doesn't really change based on heel or face, but as a heel, he is definately more ruthless in the ring. During his camel clutch, he'll pull at the opponent's face.
While in the ring, Milan tends to keep his left knee away from his opponents at all times, even during submissions.
Appearance
- General Appearance - Click here.
- In Ring Appearance - Milan's wrestling attire consists of a pair of wrestling pants, two black elbow pads, black boots and kneepads which are worn beneath the pants. His left knee is always heavily taped with a sturdier kneebrace than the right. His wrestling pants are a shiny, reflective black with red accents. A single thick line runs down each pant leg, with a two horizontal lines of the same thickness going across the thigh and calf. Occasionally (More often recently) he wears the same attire with different colors. He'll wear white wrestling pants instead of black.
Short Bio
- A fan of pro wrestling growing up, he joined his school’s wrestling team. He lasted one season there until he tore a ligament in his left knee. His career there wasn’t anything impressive, but it made him feel the passion of the game. Milan nursed his knee back to health and entered the world of Professional Wrestling at the age of 18, battling against his soon to become rival, CMK. Through three different federations, Milan has only one a single belt, the Iron Knuckle championship in Underground Pro. He has held the title a record three times (A record he, coincidentaly, holds with with his rival CMK) and is the longest holder to date. As previously stated, CMK and Milan are long time rivals with a feud that started 3 years ago with their debut matches. Milan has been involved in some instant classics during his career with Underground Pro, most of which were against CMK.
Entrance
Entrance Music: Heart Full Of Black by Burning Brides
Entrance Description: Milan waits until the guitar kicks in during the song to break the curtain, coming through with lots of energy. Milan slaps his chest and arms and points to the crowd, often saying "This is for all for you.". He doesn't really have any specific pose, but tends to make a "handgun" out of his hand, a throwback to his Outlaw days from his debut. When Milan is a heel, he normally breaks curtain and remains focused on the match ahead. Occasionally he'll stop and gets into the face of a fan. He'll even go as far as the take their drinks or knock their food or signs down.
Moves
Special Finisher (Rarely Used)
1. The Revolver - Opponent stands on the apron away from the turnbuckles. Milan runs from the opposite side the ring and does a springboard flip over the opponent, grabbing his head in the process. Opponent is forced to back flip and is DDT’d onto the mat/floor outside the ring. This move is rarely used because the situation needed doesn't come up often.
Trademark Moves (Used to end matches)
1. Omerta - Milan sets up like a DDT. Milan uses his left arm to lock the opponent's right arm into a chickenwing behind the opponent's back. Milan jumps in the air and as he comes down spikes the opponent's head into his knee, like a jawbreaker.
